TOT trainees trainees will also participate in Fellowship Program to further expand IS expertise gained in the TOT program, and to enhance teaching skills by observing experienced faculty teach and then practice teaching graduate students (i.e., IS track courses) and courses in the Fellowship Program. Additionally, the trainees will commit to attend an additional 3-day training, which will be adapted from the WHO TTT program to align with ARC’s aims. The training will include lectures, skills building, role play and small-group case-based discussions to enhance proficiency in delivering knowledge related to implementation research. TOT trainees will also co-teach two of the four IS track courses for one year with experienced IS faculty.
