The Training of Trainers (ToT) Program, adapted from the esteemed WHO IS TTT initiative, is an integral part of the Advancing Implementation Research Capacity in Viet Nam (ARC) project. Designed for early-career research faculty, the TTT Program aims to equip educators with the skills and expertise needed to effectively train the next generation of implementation research professionals. The program is not only focused on individual capacity development but also on building a proficient faculty team capable of educating the next generation of implementation research professionals. By engaging in the ARC Fellows program and the TTT program, participants broaden their understanding of implementation research and strengthen their teaching skills.
