The ARC Fellowship Program, a comprehensive 12-month initiative, is dedicated to early career research faculty, policymakers, and health care system leaders. Participants will receive comprehensive training in Implementation Science (IS), encompassing foundational to intermediate and advanced IS competency areas. Additionally, ARC Fellows engage in the design and evaluation of implementation projects in teams of 2-4, harnessing IS research techniques to facilitate the effective integration and expansion of policies and programs supporting the convergence of Non-Communicable Diseases (NCD) and HIV care in Vietnam.

Participants in this program can expect:

  • The acquisition of a Certificate in Implementation Research upon program completion.
  • Research project seed funding of up to $10,000 for teams or $5,000 for individual projects.
  • A 1-week intensive training that centers on cultivating fundamental IS knowledge and skills.
  • Research methods workshops, delving into specific topics relevant to Fellow research projects.
  • Comprehensive support from HUPH and NYU faculty in crafting research protocols, evaluation and implementation plans, and completing the final manuscript.
  • Mentor-guided research training and career development.
  • Opportunities to forge valuable connections within the global professional network.
