- Must be working at an academic or research institution or in a health care delivery system, or department of health in Vietnam.
- Strong background in public health and health sciences and implementation and evaluation of policy and health programs
- Interest in conducting research that applies implementation science to address non-communicable disease among people living with HIV
- Demonstrated commitment to public health and implementation research
- Proficiency in English (both spoken and written). Priority will be given to applicants with international English language certificates (e.g., B2, TOEFL, IELTS).
